The scope of work at the Audley Operations Office fit out was the refurbishment of the existing National Parks and Wildlife Service Office, inside the Royal National Park. The project included the strip out of the existing partitions and workstations as well as all services. PCI engaged suitably qualified subcontractors for specialised trades such as the mechanical, electrical, fire and hydraulic services. PCI constructed 3 new offices and prepared open office space for the new workstation and joinery installation. PCI worked closely with NPWS and the Architect to come up with solutions that came up during construction and handed over the project successfully within the project time frame.
